Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HEER DIGITAL SERVICES. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our API reselling platform and digital financial services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, integrating our API, or utilizing any of our services (Recharge, BBPS, AEPS, Payouts), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Usage & API Integration

  • Authorized Use: Our APIs are provided strictly for commercial use by verified retailers, distributors, and partners.
  • Prohibited Activities: You must not use our services for money laundering, fraudulent activities, or any operations prohibited by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) or local laws.
  • API Limits: We reserve the right to enforce rate limits on API calls to maintain system stability.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, merchant dashboard credentials, and transactional pins. HEER DIGITAL SERVICES shall not be held liable for any loss arising from credential theft or unauthorized access.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, our services depend on third-party telecom operators, banking partners, and NPCI servers. We are not liable for transaction delays caused by third-party downtimes.

Privacy Policy

HEER DIGITAL SERVICES respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our API and digital services.

1. Information We Collect

To provide you with secure B2B financial services, we collect necessary business details including, but not limited to:

  • Business Information: PAN, Aadhar, GST Registration, and Bank Account details for KYC purposes.
  • Transaction Logs: IP addresses, API request payloads, timestamps, and device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly utilized to facilitate seamless transactions, provide customer support, and meet regulatory compliance requirements mandated by the RBI and partner banks.

3. Data Sharing & Security

  • Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your data. We share necessary transactional data only with telecom operators, billers, and banking networks (like NPCI) to fulfill your requests.
  • Encryption: All API communication is secured via end-to-end SSL/TLS encryption. Sensitive data is stored in highly secure, isolated databases.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HEER DIGITAL SERVICES, we maintain a transparent refund mechanism for all API and portal-based transactions.

1. Transaction Status Guidelines

  • Successful Transactions: Once a transaction (Recharge, BBPS, or Payout) is acknowledged as 'Successful' by the operator or bank, it is final. We cannot cancel or refund successful transactions.
  • Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails and the amount has been deducted from your HEER DIGITAL SERVICES wallet, the system will automatically initiate a refund to your wallet within 2 to 24 working hours.
  • Pending Transactions: For transactions stuck in a 'Pending' state, we await the final confirmation from the operator. Refunds are processed only if the final status updates to 'Failed'.

2. Wallet Top-Ups

Any funds added to the HEER DIGITAL SERVICES wallet via UPI, Net Banking, or Bank Transfer are strictly meant for consuming our API services. These wallet balances are non-refundable to your original bank account under normal circumstances.

3. Dispute Resolution

If you observe any discrepancy in your transaction ledger, you must raise a ticket with our support team within 48 hours of the transaction.
